Gift cards are delivered by email, you can either print it out or simply forward the email to your chosen recipient.

Click ‘add to bag’ and continue your order as normal.

Once your order is complete, an email containing the eGift Card will be sent to the email address entered in the ‘recipients’ email’ section. This will include the code they will need to use to redeem the gifted amount.
Please note, no physical gift card is sent via post – electronic delivery only. Gift cards are available in £10, £20, £25, £30, £40, £50, £75, £100 and £150.

When you are ready to check out, simply enter the code on your eGift Card email into the ‘promo code’ section.

Delivery options
We offer the following delivery options, so you can choose how soon your Valentina-Rose parcel will arrive:
Standard UK Royal Mail tracked delivery 1-2 working days (Free on all orders)
Next day delivery £4.99 (when ordered before 1pm) or free with orders £95 or more.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Valentina-Rose purchase. However, if you would like to return any unworn item, you can do so within 28 days of receipt, along with the original packaging.
Simply message us at sales@valentina-rose.co.uk so we can assist with your return.
Exclusions
Please note there are a few Valentina-Rose items which, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on. This is simply for hygiene reasons – we hope you understand. These are;
- Earrings
- Jewellery sets containing earrings.
