Returns Policy
Changed your mind? You can return items within 28 days for a refund. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. To help you choose with confidence, all of our jewellery is clearly photographed on models.
Hygiene Exclusion: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or sets containing earrings if you change your mind.
Buyers are responsible for return postage. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the parcel.
We recommend using tracked delivery, as we can’t be held responsible for lost returns.
To exchange an item, please return your original eligible item for a refund and place a new order online for the product you would prefer.
All returns are processed within five working days of receipt, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.
