All orders are hand-packed with care. Tracking details will be sent via email—check your junk or promotions folder just in case.
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
UK Next Day Delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm and requires a signature.
Remote areas (e.g. Highlands & Islands) may take up to 2 extra days.
Orders may arrive in separate parcels.
No billing information is included in the package.
Returns Policy
Changed your mind? You can return items within 28 days for a refund. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings or sets containing earrings.
Buyers are responsible for return postage. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the parcel.
We recommend using tracked delivery, as we can’t be held responsible for lost returns.
To replace an item, simply return the original (see steps above) and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
All returns are processed within five working days of receipt, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.

Incorrect Address
If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at sales@valentina-rose.co.uk. If your order has already shipped, we cannot change or reroute it, and refunds won’t be issued. Please double-check your details before purchase, as we aren’t responsible for incorrect addresses.
If delivery fails, Royal Mail holds the item at a sorting office for 18 working days for collection or redelivery. If returned to us, you’ll receive a refund minus the original postage cost.
