Can’t wait to get your hands on your new jewellery ✨ We offer the following delivery options, so you can choose how soon your Valentina-Rose parcel will arrive:


ROYAL MAIL TRACKED - FREE for all orders

Order before 1pm GMT Monday-Friday. Delivered within 1-2 working days.

All deliveries are via Royal Mail. You will receive an email advising a delivery window before your delivery. You will also find options to update your delivery including an option to leave in a nominated safeplace.

As soon as we send out your Valentina-Rose parcel, you will receive either an email or an SMS with a tracking number. Hang onto this, it will enable you to track your parcel through to delivery.


EXPRESS NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY - £4.99 - FREE for orders £95 or over

Order before 1pm GMT Monday-Friday. Delivered next working day. 

All our deliveries are hand-packed and quality-assured by Valentina-Rose

FREE fully tracked shipping is applied all for orders. Delivery is within 1-2 working days (excludes Bank Holidays). Order by 1pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. 

Need it sooner, select express UK Next Day delivery, guaranteed by 1pm Monday to Friday. If you have ordered with Next Day Delivery before 1pm Monday to Friday, your order will be with you the next working day (excludes bank holidays). £4.99. Enjoy FREE UK Next Day delivery on orders of £95 or over. Express delivery orders after 1pm on a friday will arrive the following tuesday.

Friday orders after 1pm will be processed on Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched your tracking number and link will be sent to you via email. Remember to check your junk/spam/promotional inbox as sometimes tracking emails may end up in here.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

UK express delivery is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm and will require a signature upon delivery.

Deliveries to remote areas such as Scottish Highlands and Islands may take up to 2 additional days.

Your order may arrive in separate deliveries depending on what you ordered. 

No billing details will be included with your order.

*Valentina-Rose cannot be held responsible for any Royal Mail delays due to the current COVID pandemic or Royal Mail postal strikes.


If you change your mind within 28 days, you can obtain a refund. Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels)

Unfortunately, we cannot refund earrings for hygiene reasons. This also includes jewellery sets containing earrings. Any earrings retuned to us will not be refunded.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.  

Please include a note inside the parcel with your name and order number and the reason for returning.

We recommend any returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

If you wish to replace your product, you will have to return the one you wish to replace (see the steps in RETURNS above) and then place a new order for the product you want to replace it with.


All returns will be processed within five working days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once completed.

If you have changed your mind or your item is faulty, please contact our support team at so we can assist with the process of your return.


If for any reason you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately to change your details. If your item has already been shipped we cannot change or re-route your product and you will not be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct before purchase. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.

Orders sent to a Royal Mail sorting office after failed delivery attempt can be either collected, or a redelivery can be arranged at your convenience. You have 18 working days to collect the item. If the item is returned to us the customer will receive a refund but we will deduct the cost of the postage we paid from your refunded amount.
