When it arrived it was stunning, the gems looked amazing in the light, the clasp was great quality, but I had unfortunately ordered a size too big, I contacted valentina-rose who guided me to return the original and a replacement, smaller sized one should be ordered. I did just so and received the replacement the day after ordering, and the refund for the old one came the day after that. Great business and great products, will be shopping here again"
