UK Royal Mail express delivery 1-2 working days (Free on all orders)
UK Next Day delivery £7.99 (when ordered before 1pm) or free with orders £150 or more.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Valentina-Rose purchase. However, if you would like to return any unworn item, you can do so within 28 days of receipt, along with the original packaging.

Exclusions
Please note there are a few Valentina-Rose items which, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on. This is simply for hygiene reasons – we hope you understand. These are;
